Payment system
All payments are charged in Euros (€). If you are located outside Europe, you can convert prices to US dollars ($) by clicking on the button at the top right of the website. This way, you can know the exact amount you are going to pay.
Type of payment: fractional payment or full payment
You can purchase your product, either by making a full payment, or in several installments over several months.
- Fractional payment and full payment are bank interest free.
- If you choose to pay for your product in installments, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. For the rest of the payments, you will receive an email with the steps to make the next payment. Payments are not automatically charged to your credit card.
- If your product has shipping costs, the charges will be divided among all payments.
- If you have a discount coupon, the value will be divided among all payments.
- If you cancel outstanding payments, monthly payments are non-refundable.
Your product will be shipped once you have completed all payments. If payment is not completed, you will not receive your product.

No exchanges are accepted on any of my products.
Return of products
Since all my products are customized, no returns are allowed.
During the process of creating reborns, I always send sample photos of the progress to make sure that everything is to the buyer’s liking. Thus, any necessary changes can be made until the final product is exactly what the buyer expects.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds
No refunds of deposit payments, fractional payments or full payments are accepted in case you want to cancel your product before receiving it. All sales are final.
If you do not complete your payment, your product will not be shipped. If it is a custom order, and you do not complete the payment, your order will be cancelled. As soon as your order is cancelled I will take the liberty to put the reborn on sale.
